Qasimcode is a studio. I do the technical work myself and bring in specialists (a photographer, a copywriter) when a job needs them. That is the whole structure, and it is why you get one person who knows your site rather than a rotating team who do not.
Most of the work starts with a site somebody else built: one that has slowed to a crawl, a booking form that quietly stopped sending, or a build whose author has vanished and left no login. So we start by telling you what is actually wrong. What is worth keeping, what is costing you enquiries, and whether fixing it beats starting again.
After that the approach is the same every time. A fixed price agreed before anything starts. Pages written with you rather than filled with placeholder text. Booking connected to the calendar you already use. And the domain, the hosting and the logins in your name, so leaving would cost you nothing.
We also do the deeper technical work (WooCommerce, Next.js, Core Web Vitals) direct for agencies and in-house teams. That is where the 186 write-ups on this site came from, and it is why the fix for a slow booking page is usually a known one.

The questions people are too polite to ask first
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Often not. The cheapest useful thing we sell is a $299 diagnosis that tells you what is wrong with the site you have, what each fix costs, and whether fixing beats replacing. Plenty of those end with us fixing three things rather than building anything.
Do I own the website, or do you?
You own it. The domain, the hosting account and the admin logins are all in your name, and you get a recorded walkthrough of how to change things yourself. Leaving costs you nothing, which is the only honest way to sell a monthly plan.
You are not local to me. Does that matter?
For a booking website, no. We work remotely with clients across Europe and North America, on email and calls at your hours. What matters is whether the site takes bookings reliably, and that is not affected by where it was built.
What if I want to leave the care plan?
One month’s notice, and nothing needs handing over because you already hold the logins. We would rather you stayed because the plan is worth it than because leaving is painful.
Who actually does the work?
I do. Muhammad Qasim. Qasimcode is a studio of one, and specialists get brought in for the things a developer should not be doing, like photography or long-form copy. You will not be handed to an account manager, because there is not one.
Can you work with the booking system we already use?
Usually yes. If you are already on something your staff know, keeping it is cheaper and less disruptive than switching. We will tell you honestly if the one you have is the thing costing you bookings.
