What changes for a US business

  • HIPAA on health forms

Any form or booking that collects health information runs through a tool that will sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice. The website itself stores nothing.

  • Accessibility (ADA / WCAG 2.2 AA)

Contrast, keyboard use and screen-reader labels are checked on every build. This is the standard cited in US accessibility demand letters, and it is part of the build rather than an add-on.

  • State privacy laws

California's CCPA/CPRA and the growing list of state laws mostly affect larger businesses, but the privacy policy is written to cover what your forms actually collect, and analytics are configured with IP anonymisation.

  • TCPA for text reminders

SMS appointment reminders need the patient's or client's consent at booking. The booking tools we recommend collect it; we make sure the box is there and unticked.

Two of our longest engagements have been with US companies: a marketing platform whose Google speed score went from 62 to 94, and a security monitoring dashboard in daily production use.

Questions

What US businesses ask first

You are not in the US. How do calls and time zones work?

We work from Pakistan, which is nine to twelve hours ahead of the US. In practice that means your morning is our evening, and we keep those hours for US calls. Email is answered within one business day, every day. Several of our longest engagements have been with US companies, run entirely this way.

Do you handle HIPAA for dental and medical sites?

The website itself never stores patient information. Anything that collects it, a booking form, an intake form, goes through a tool that will sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice. We set that up and show you where the agreement lives.

What about ADA and accessibility?

Every build is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA for contrast, keyboard use and screen readers, which is the standard cited in US accessibility demand letters. It is part of the build, not an add-on.

How do we pay, and in what currency?

Prices are in US dollars, which is what the pricing page shows. Half to start, half at launch, by card or bank transfer. Care plans are billed monthly and cancel with a month's notice.
