What changes for a Singaporean business
PDPA
A data protection policy, a named data protection officer, consent for collection and marketing, and forms that collect only what is needed. The PDPC enforces actively and fines are published.
MOH healthcare advertising rules
Licensed healthcare providers face some of the strictest advertising rules anywhere: no testimonials, no before-and-after images, no discounts or promotions for regulated services. Clinic and dental sites are built without them.
.sg domain eligibility
A .com.sg or .sg needs a Singapore-registered entity (a UEN). The registration is in your name; we do it with you.
Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
Prices must be accurate and terms clear. Deposit and cancellation terms sit next to the booking button.

What Singaporean businesses ask first
What are the MOH advertising rules for clinics?
Licensed healthcare providers in Singapore cannot use testimonials, before-and-after photos, or promotional pricing for regulated services, and there are limits on what can be claimed. We build clinic and dental sites without those elements, using practitioner credentials, service explanations and process pages instead.
Can customers pay with PayNow?
Yes. PayNow is expected at checkout in Singapore, and deposits and payments run through HitPay or Stripe with PayNow enabled alongside cards.
Do we need a data protection officer?
Under the PDPA, yes, every organisation must appoint one and publish contact details. We put the DPO contact in the privacy policy and the footer.
Can you register a .sg domain?
A .com.sg or .sg needs your UEN. The registration is in your name and we walk you through it.
Pick your kind of business
- DentistsPatients search at night and book in the morning, if they can. A site that lets them book, shows real prices, and looks after itself.
- ClinicsReception is on the phone. The website should be taking the bookings that do not need a person. Built for physio, chiro, podiatry, therapy, med spas and allied health.
- Salons and barbersMost of your clients decide to book when you are closed. Instagram gets them interested; the website has to take the booking.
- Studios and gymsTimetable, book a spot, buy the pass, all on a phone, in under a minute. Built for yoga, pilates, barre, dance, boxing and personal training studios.
- TradesSomeone with a leak searches, taps the first site that loads, and calls or sends photos. If your site is slow or has no form, they tap the next one.
- AutomotiveDrivers want a slot, a price and a reason to trust you. The site has to book the service or test online, quote the repair from a photo, and prove you are the honest garage.
- PetsPet owners are choosing someone to trust with a family member. The site has to show the people and the place, state prices, handle the paperwork, and book the slot.
- Education and lessonsParents and adult learners compare on qualifications, fees and fit. The site has to show all three, book a trial, and enrol the term or course without a phone call.
- Photography, events and creativeCouples and clients book a year out, compare on the work and the price, and check the date first. The site has to show the work fast, state the packages, and take the date enquiry properly.
- Professional and financial servicesClients choose on trust and clarity. The site has to explain what you do in plain words, state fees where you can, show regulation and credentials, and book the first meeting.
- Hospitality and experiencesGuests book on the marketplace because your site cannot take the booking. A site with live availability, direct reservation and honest prices takes it back, without the commission.
- Therapists and coachesClients choose a coach or therapist on fit and specificity. The site has to say exactly who you help and how, state prices, avoid the claims regulators penalise, and book the first session.
- Childcare and familyParents are choosing who looks after their child. The site has to show the setting, prove vetting and inspection, explain fees and funding, and take the enquiry, viewing or enrolment.
- Repair and technical servicesCustomers want to know if you fix their thing, what it costs and how long. The site has to answer all three and book the drop-off or visit.
- Funeral and life eventsPeople arrive at these sites at the hardest moments. The site has to be calm, answer the practical questions plainly, state prices, and make the first call or message easy.
