What changes for a Irish business

  • GDPR and the Data Protection Commission

A privacy notice, a cookie banner that loads analytics only after consent, processing agreements with the tools that hold client data, and minimal forms. The DPC is an active regulator and Irish businesses are used to being asked.

  • CORU and Medical Council rules for health

Registered health professionals show their CORU or Medical Council registration, and advertising follows each body's code. Dental practices follow the Dental Council's advertising rules on claims and comparisons.

  • .ie eligibility

A .ie domain needs proof of a connection to Ireland, usually a business registration or Irish address. The registration is in your name; we walk you through it.

  • Consumer rights and deposits

Deposit and cancellation terms must be stated clearly under Irish consumer law. We put them next to the booking button, not in a footer link.

Questions

What Irish businesses ask first

Do you work with Irish booking tools?

Yes. Phorest and Glofox are both Irish companies and widely used by Irish salons and gyms; clinics tend to be on Cliniko or Jane, dentists on Dentally or Exact, and trades on Tradify or Jobber. All embed cleanly.

Can you register a .ie domain for us?

A .ie needs proof of an Irish connection, usually your CRO number or an Irish address. The registration is in your name and we do it with you on a call.

What do Irish health businesses need on the site?

CORU or Medical Council registration for practitioners, adherence to the relevant body's advertising code, and GDPR-compliant forms. Dental practices follow Dental Council guidance on claims. We build to those and note them on each health vertical page.

How do we pay?

Prices are in US dollars. Half to start, half at launch, by card or bank transfer. A EUR invoice at the day's rate is available if you ask.
