For studios and gyms
A studio website that fills the class before it starts
Timetable, book a spot, buy the pass, all on a phone, in under a minute. Built for yoga, pilates, barre, dance, boxing and personal training studios.
One job, done properly
A studio lives or dies on how easy it is to book a class and buy a pass on a phone. The timetable has to be readable, the intro offer has to be one tap away, and the whole thing has to work at 6am when someone is deciding whether to come to the 7am class.
We build studio sites around the booking platform you use, with a timetable that reads properly on a phone, pricing that explains itself, and instructor pages that give a nervous first-timer a face to expect.
The three problems we hear most from studios and gyms
The timetable is a screenshot on Instagram
A live timetable from your booking platform, embedded and readable on a phone, with a book button on every class. Change it once, and it changes everywhere.
New people cannot work out the pricing
Intro offer, drop-in, class pack, membership. Explained in plain language on one page, each linking to the exact purchase in your booking tool.
First-timers are nervous and do not come
A 'your first class' page that says what to bring, where to park, what happens, and who will be teaching. It is the page that converts the maybe.
Six things a studio website must get right
Timetable and booking from your platform
Mindbody, Glofox, Momence, TeamUp, Bsport, WellnessLiving. Embedded and styled so it looks like the site, with waitlists and cancellations handled by the tool.
An intro offer that is one tap away
The offer that turns a visitor into a member sits on the home page, above everything else, and links to the exact purchase. We check that the tool lets someone buy it without creating an account first.
Pricing that explains itself
Memberships, packs, drop-ins and what happens when a pack expires, on one page in plain language. No PDF.
Instructor pages
Photo, style, what to expect in their class, and a button to book them. People come back for instructors.
A 'your first class' page
What to bring, where to park, what happens when you walk in. It answers the questions that stop a first-timer from booking.
Fast on a phone at 6am
Under two seconds on a mid-range phone. The booking decision happens before coffee.
Built for the way your kind of studio works
The same build, tuned for the specific practice type: the booking tools it uses, the questions its patients or clients ask, and the rules it works under.
- Barre studiosBarre sells on energy and community, and converts on a simple intro offer. The site has to carry the feeling and make the booking a single tap.
- Climbing gymsClimbing gyms sell sessions, inductions, courses, memberships, parties and groups. The site has to make each bookable without the visitor working out which is which.
- Functional fitness and CrossFit boxesThe beginner is intimidated. The site has to lower the barrier with a clear intro path, honest membership pricing and coaches who look like people, then book the first session.
- Dance schoolsParents enrol for a term, not a class, and they have questions: uniform, exams, shows, fees. The site has to answer them and take the enrolment.
- Boxing, MMA and martial arts gymsHalf your enquiries are parents looking for kids' classes; half are adults wanting to train. The site has to separate them, show the schedule by discipline, and book the free trial.
- Meditation and breathwork studiosThe site has to feel like the room: quiet, uncluttered, unhurried. And still book the class, sell the pass, and enrol the course without a single unnecessary step.
- Personal trainersA client hires a trainer they trust. The site has to earn that with specifics, state the price, and book a consultation without a sales call.
- Pilates studiosReformer classes are small and sell out. The site has to show what is left, book it in one flow, and turn the intro package into a membership.
- Spin and indoor cycling studiosRiders want their bike, their instructor and their time. The site has to book all three in one flow and turn the first ride into a pack.
- Swim schoolsParents enrol for a term and want to know the level, the progression, the fees and when the next space is. The site has to answer and enrol, with the waitlist handled.
- Wellness retreats and workshopsA retreat is a large, emotional purchase made after a lot of reading. The site has to answer everything, show real images, state the price, and take the deposit.
- Yoga studiosA new student decides at 10pm whether to come to the morning class. The timetable, the intro offer and the booking have to work right there, on a phone, in under a minute.

Works with what you already use
If your staff already know one of these, you keep it. We embed it, style it to match, and connect the calendar. If you have not chosen one, we recommend one for how you work.

What studios and gyms usually ask first
Do you work with Mindbody, Glofox or Momence?
Yes, and also TeamUp, Bsport, Acuity and WellnessLiving. The timetable and booking embed from whichever you use, styled so it looks like part of the site rather than a widget bolted on. If you have not chosen one yet, we will recommend one based on your class structure and pricing.
Can new clients buy an intro offer without creating an account first?
That depends on the booking tool, and it is one of the things we check before recommending one. The fewer steps between landing on the site and paying for the intro offer, the more of them you sell.
Can we run memberships and class packs?
Yes, through the booking tool. Recurring memberships, class packs with expiry, drop-ins, and waitlists are standard. The website explains them in plain language and links to the right one.
We post a lot on Instagram. Does the website matter?
Instagram gets people interested. The website is where they check the timetable, see the price, and book. It is also the only one of the two that shows up when someone searches for a studio in your area.

Other businesses we build for
- DentistsPatients search at night and book in the morning, if they can. A site that lets them book, shows real prices, and looks after itself.
- ClinicsReception is on the phone. The website should be taking the bookings that do not need a person. Built for physio, chiro, podiatry, therapy, med spas and allied health.
- Salons and barbersMost of your clients decide to book when you are closed. Instagram gets them interested; the website has to take the booking.
- TradesSomeone with a leak searches, taps the first site that loads, and calls or sends photos. If your site is slow or has no form, they tap the next one.
- AutomotiveDrivers want a slot, a price and a reason to trust you. The site has to book the service or test online, quote the repair from a photo, and prove you are the honest garage.
- PetsPet owners are choosing someone to trust with a family member. The site has to show the people and the place, state prices, handle the paperwork, and book the slot.
- Education and lessonsParents and adult learners compare on qualifications, fees and fit. The site has to show all three, book a trial, and enrol the term or course without a phone call.
- Photography, events and creativeCouples and clients book a year out, compare on the work and the price, and check the date first. The site has to show the work fast, state the packages, and take the date enquiry properly.
- Professional and financial servicesClients choose on trust and clarity. The site has to explain what you do in plain words, state fees where you can, show regulation and credentials, and book the first meeting.
- Hospitality and experiencesGuests book on the marketplace because your site cannot take the booking. A site with live availability, direct reservation and honest prices takes it back, without the commission.
- Therapists and coachesClients choose a coach or therapist on fit and specificity. The site has to say exactly who you help and how, state prices, avoid the claims regulators penalise, and book the first session.
- Childcare and familyParents are choosing who looks after their child. The site has to show the setting, prove vetting and inspection, explain fees and funding, and take the enquiry, viewing or enrolment.
- Repair and technical servicesCustomers want to know if you fix their thing, what it costs and how long. The site has to answer all three and book the drop-off or visit.
- Funeral and life eventsPeople arrive at these sites at the hardest moments. The site has to be calm, answer the practical questions plainly, state prices, and make the first call or message easy.
