For yoga studios

A yoga studio website that fills the 7am class from the sofa the night before

A new student decides at 10pm whether to come to the morning class. The timetable, the intro offer and the booking have to work right there, on a phone, in under a minute.

What a yoga studio website is for

One job, done properly

A yoga student's decision is made late at night on a phone. She checks the timetable for the morning, looks at who is teaching, and decides whether to book. If the timetable is a screenshot, the intro offer is buried, or booking means creating an account through three screens, she does not come. If the timetable is live, the intro offer is one tap away and the class is booked in under a minute, she is on the mat at seven.

We build yoga studio sites for that moment. A live timetable from your booking platform, readable on a phone. An intro offer above everything else, linking to the exact purchase. A page per class style and per teacher so a nervous first-timer knows what to expect. Passes and memberships explained plainly. Workshops, courses and retreats bookable through the same system. And a 'your first class' page that answers the questions that stop beginners.

Sound familiar?

The problems we hear most from yoga studios

  • The timetable is a screenshot on Instagram

A live timetable from your booking platform, readable on a phone, with a book button on every class.

  • New students cannot work out the pricing

Intro offer, drop-in, packs and memberships on one page, each linking to the exact purchase.

  • Beginners are nervous and do not come

A 'your first class' page: what to bring, where to change, what happens, who is teaching.

What it has to do

What a yoga studio website must get right

  • Live timetable on a phone

Embedded from Momence, Mindbody, TeamUp, Bsport or Momoyoga, styled to match.

  • Intro offer one tap away

On the home page, above everything, linking to the purchase.

  • Class style and teacher pages

What each class is, who teaches it, a book button on each.

  • Passes and memberships explained

One page, plain language, each linking to the purchase.

  • Workshops, courses and retreats

Bookable through the same system, with deposits where needed.

  • Your first class page

The page that converts the maybe.

Questions

What yoga studios usually ask first

Which booking platforms work for yoga?

Momence, Mindbody, TeamUp, Bsport, Momoyoga and WellnessLiving all run timetables, passes, memberships and waitlists. The timetable embeds and is styled to look like part of the site, not a widget. Momoyoga and TeamUp suit smaller studios; Momence and Mindbody suit larger ones.

Can a new student buy the intro offer without an account?

It depends on the platform, and it is one of the first things we check. Every extra step between landing on the site and paying for the intro offer loses students. Where the platform forces account creation, we make it as short as possible and explain why.

How do we present memberships and passes?

On one page, plainly: intro offer, drop-in, class packs, unlimited memberships, what each includes and what happens when a pack expires. Each links to the exact purchase. Confusing pricing is the most common reason yoga students do not commit.

Can we run workshops, courses and retreats through the same site?

Yes. Workshops and courses book through the same platform as classes; retreats usually need a deposit and a longer form, handled through the booking tool or a dedicated enquiry flow.
