For salons and barbers

A salon website your clients can book from, at 11pm

Most of your clients decide to book when you are closed. Instagram gets them interested; the website has to take the booking.

What a salon website is for

One job, done properly

Your clients decide to book when they are lying in bed at 11pm scrolling your Instagram. If the link in your bio goes to a page that shows your prices, your stylists and a button that books a slot with a deposit, you wake up to a full column. If it goes to a Facebook page, you wake up to a DM asking if you have anything Saturday.

We build the page that takes the booking. It hands off to the booking tool you already run, so nothing changes for your team, and it shows up on Google when someone searches for a salon in your area, which Instagram never will.

Sound familiar?

The three problems we hear most from salons and barbers

  • No-shows are eating a day a week

A deposit at the moment of booking cuts no-shows more than any reminder. We set it up in your booking tool so it comes off the bill automatically.

  • DMs asking 'do you have anything Saturday'

Every one of those is a booking that nearly happened. Live availability on the site, with a book button on every service, turns the question into the booking.

  • The price list is a photo of a printed card

Services, prices and staff are lists you edit from your phone, the same way you post a story. When a price changes, it changes everywhere in one place.

What it has to do

Six things a salon website must get right

  • Book from any service, any stylist, any time

Embedded booking from Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro, Phorest, Salonized or Timely, styled to look like part of the site, with a deposit taken by card.

  • A gallery that does not slow the page down

Photos from your phone, sized and compressed automatically. The usual reason salon sites become slow is a gallery of full-size photos; this one cannot.

  • Stylist profiles with their own booking button

Clients book people, not salons. Each stylist gets a page with their work, their specialisms and a button that books them specifically.

  • A price list you edit yourself

Structured as a real list, not a PDF, so Google can read it, clients can search it, and you can change a number in thirty seconds.

  • Found when someone searches your area

Set up so Google understands what you do and where, with the opening hours, address and services marked up the way search engines read them.

  • Gift cards and retail, if you sell them

Optional: gift card purchase through your booking tool or a simple checkout, so the Christmas rush does not depend on someone being at the desk.

Specialisms

Built for the way your kind of salon works

The same build, tuned for the specific practice type: the booking tools it uses, the questions its patients or clients ask, and the rules it works under.

Questions

What salons and barbers usually ask first

We take bookings on Fresha already. Do we need a website too?

Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro and Salonized are good at taking the booking. They are not good at being found on Google, showing your work, or explaining why someone should choose you over the salon two doors down. The website does that, then hands the booking to the tool you already use. Nothing changes for your staff.

Can we take deposits?

Yes, and we recommend it. A deposit at booking is the single most effective fix for no-shows. We set it up in your booking tool with card payment, and the deposit comes off the final bill automatically.

Can we show our prices and update them ourselves?

Yes. Services, prices and staff are lists you edit yourself, in a page we walk you through on video. No PDF price list, and no waiting for a developer to change a number.

Who updates the photos?

You do, from your phone, in the same way you post to Instagram. We set the gallery up so a new photo does not slow the page down, which is the usual reason salon websites become slow.

Where we work

Built to the rules and payment habits of your country

Remote, in your time zone. Each country page covers what changes: privacy law, the booking tools people use, and how customers expect to pay.

Next step

Tell us about your salon

What you do, how people book you now, and what is going wrong. You get a fixed price and a live date within one business day, and if we are not the right studio for it, we say so.
