Do You Work With Mindbody, Glofox or Momence? For Studios

Yes to all three and most others. How each is wired into a studio website, what we need from you, what happens with a less common platform.

Yes

Mindbody, Glofox and Momence are the three we integrate most often, and TeamUp, WellnessLiving, Bsport, Zen Planner, Arketa and others work the same way. Any platform with an embeddable schedule, a checkout that can be deep-linked to a pricing option, and URL parameters for filtering by class type and instructor fits. Here is how each goes onto a site and what we need from you.

Mindbody

Embed: Mindbody's branded web widgets for the schedule, class sign-up and pricing options on the timetable and pricing pages. Deep links per class type, instructor and pricing option. The consumer Mindbody app remains a separate channel.

Intro offer: deep-linked to the pricing option's checkout; the flow is longer than some platforms, so we test the branded web checkout against the widget and use whichever is shorter on a phone.

What we need: access to the Mindbody business site's web tools to generate widgets, the IDs of class types and pricing options, and the intro offer configured for first-time clients.

Glofox

Embed: the Glofox timetable and booking widget on the timetable page, membership and pack purchase widgets on the pricing page, deep links throughout. The branded member app is where members live afterwards.

Intro offer: Glofox is built for lead capture; the intro is deep-linked with a short sign-up.

What we need: the Glofox dashboard's web integration codes, class and membership IDs, the intro set up as a lead offer.

Momence

Embed: Momence's widgets for schedule, memberships, packs, courses and on-demand content, with clean styling options; deep links; guest checkout for the intro.

Intro offer: the shortest checkout of the three; guest purchase then account.

What we need: widget codes from the Momence dashboard, class type and pricing option links.

TeamUp, WellnessLiving, Bsport and others

Embeddable schedule and registration widgets, purchase links, and filters. Same pattern: timetable widget on one page, purchase deep links on the pricing page, filtered links from class-type and instructor pages.

What the website does with any of them

  • The intro offer as a button on every page, deep-linked to its checkout.
  • The timetable embedded on one dedicated page, filterable, fast.
  • Class-type pages linking to the filtered timetable and the intro.
  • Instructor pages linking to their filtered classes and the intro.
  • The pricing page in plain words with each Buy button deep-linked.
  • Member login to the platform's member area or app.
  • Tracking of intro clicks and purchases, bookings and memberships by page and source, plus UTM tags on Instagram links.
  • Testing in Safari, Chrome and Instagram's in-app browser, with the hosted page as a fallback where embeds misbehave.

What we need from you

  • Admin access to the platform's web integration or widget area, or a session with whoever has it.
  • The intro offer configured as a first-time-client pricing option.
  • Class types named as you want them shown, with beginner flags.
  • Instructors set up with photos we can replace with a consistent set.
  • The confirmation and reminder wording you want.
  • Whether members should book through the site's timetable or be sent to the app.

An hour with the studio manager covers the platform side.

What we do not recommend

  • Generic booking tools (Calendly, Acuity) for class studios: no memberships, no capacities, no packs.
  • Custom booking engines. The platforms have solved class capacity, waitlists, memberships and payments; rebuilding them is expensive and worse.
  • The platform's own website builder as your site: it ranks the platform, looks like the platform, and does not do class-type or instructor pages well.

If you run something unusual

Send us the platform's name and your public schedule link. We check for an embeddable schedule, a deep-linkable checkout and filter parameters. If it has them, it integrates like the above. If it lacks a deep-linkable intro checkout, we build the intro path around the hosted page and make it as short as the platform allows.

If you are choosing

  • Boutique studio, membership-led, wants a great member app: Glofox.
  • Mixed classes, courses, workshops and on-demand, design-conscious: Momence.
  • Needs the deepest feature set or the consumer marketplace: Mindbody.
  • Independent gym or box, cost-conscious: TeamUp.

The choice affects your operations, not just the website; the website works with any of them.

After launch

Monthly, the intro purchase and a class booking are tested on a phone as part of the care plan, because platforms update their widgets and a broken intro flow is a studio that stopped acquiring members without knowing.

Where this sits

Which platform you run is the first question on every studio website project, and the answer decides the wiring, never whether it can be done.
