Why this one gets quoted instead of packaged
Most clinic sites we build fit a package with the price published before anyone speaks to you. A fertility clinic normally does not, and the reason is scope rather than salesmanship. Your results have to appear in the format your regulator specifies. Your prices are a structure, not a list. And clinics in this field frequently end up running more than one site. Those are questions answered in a conversation, so the recommendation here is a Custom quote after a call.
The packages still matter as the floor, and knowing where they stop tells you what the extra buys.
Where Essentials and Complete stop
Essentials is $500 and takes roughly two weeks. It is a small site: enough pages to explain who you are, a form, and a structure search engines can read. For a single-clinician women's health practice with consultations and no published results table, that can genuinely be the whole job.
Complete is $1,500 and takes roughly four weeks, with room for about twenty pages and booking wired into the calendar you already keep. A fertility clinic reaches the edge of twenty quickly: a page for each treatment, a page for each women's health service, a profile for each consultant, then the results and fee pages that carry the actual numbers.
What pushes a clinic past Complete is never visual ambition. It is how many pages must hold structured figures and stay safely editable by your own team.
Booking, and the bills that stay yours
With a new build, booking setup is inside the price rather than beside it: the system connected to your calendar, reminders switched on, and confirmation emails tested so they arrive in an inbox rather than a junk folder. Bolting booking onto an existing site is quoted in a day.
Your practice-management subscription stays separate and you pay it direct, whichever system you run. That is deliberate — your contract, your patient data, and no website holding your diary hostage.
Five things that move a fertility quote
- How your results have to be presented. A single headline percentage is a sentence. Figures with denominators, age bands and a national comparison are a component: legible on a phone, updatable when new data is published, and built so the context cannot be edited away by accident. This is the largest variable.
- How many treatments carry their own fee structure. IVF, ICSI, IUI, egg freezing and donor treatment each need inclusions, extras and a medication estimate. Five treatments priced properly is five structured pages, not five paragraphs.
- Whether finance has to be explained. If any payment arrangement exists, it earns its own page, sitting alongside the fees rather than three taps away.
- How many consultants need profiles. Each carries registration and training, and each is a name people type into Google on its own.
- Whether it is one site or several. A second location, or a women's health brand kept deliberately apart from the fertility side, is common here. Two sites is not double the money, but it is a different build, and most quotes never think to ask.
Design complexity is not on that list. A quote weighted towards the visuals is pricing the wrong end of the work.
If a site already exists
Before quoting a rebuild, establish whether what you have is worth keeping. $299 buys a diagnosis with the report back inside three days: what is wrong, the cost attached to each item, and a recommendation to repair or replace. Diagnosis with the fixes applied is $799 and about two weeks. A rebuild is quoted after that, never instead of it.
What it costs once it is live
- Your domain, renewed each year in your own name
- Your practice-management subscription, billed to you direct
- Hosting
- A care plan, if updates, backups and small edits should be someone else's job: Basic $99/mo, Growth $249/mo, Scale $499/mo
Where this sits
Our fertility clinic websites are quoted after a call rather than sold off a shelf, and the packages they build from sit on the pricing page. If the site you own is the problem, read why your fertility clinic website gets no bookings, or run the six phone tests over it first.
