Questions we get asked

My checkout block is dropping orders. Can you diagnose it?

That is the single most common thing I get called for. Duplicate orders, payment gateways not appearing, validation not firing, coupons silently failing, tax not calculating. I have written up and fixed each of those in production. Diagnosis usually takes under a day.

We migrated to HPOS and our analytics went to zero. Is that recoverable?

Yes. Zero revenue in WooCommerce Analytics after an HPOS migration is normally a lookup-table sync problem, not lost data. The orders are still there. Recovery is a re-sync plus fixing whatever custom query is still reading the old post-meta tables.

How do you handle large catalogues?

Product filters and admin queries are where large stores fall over, usually from unindexed meta lookups and autoloaded options. I profile the actual slow queries rather than adding another caching plugin on top.

Do you work on live stores?

Yes, and carefully. Staging first, a rollback path before anything ships, and payment-path changes tested against real gateway sandboxes. I will not push an untested change to a store that is taking money.

Write-ups from this work

Problems we hit on real projects and wrote down. The clearest evidence that this is a lane we actually work in.
