For orthodontists

An orthodontist website that books the consultation

Parents and adults compare three practices before they book. The one whose site answers price, treatment length and finance without a phone call gets the consultation.

What a orthodontic practice website is for

One job, done properly

An orthodontic patient is not in pain and not in a hurry. They are a parent comparing three practices on a Sunday evening, or an adult who has wanted straighter teeth for ten years and is finally looking. They want to know what it costs, how long it takes, whether it hurts, and whether they can pay monthly. If the site answers those four questions and offers a free consultation they can book right there, you get the visit.

We build orthodontic sites around that comparison. A page per treatment, from fixed braces to each aligner brand you provide, with a from-price and a finance figure. A consultation booking that lands in your practice diary. And the regulatory detail for your country handled, so before-and-after photos, finance examples and provider badges are shown the way your regulator expects.

Sound familiar?

The problems we hear most from orthodontists

  • Consultations booked by phone, then forgotten

A free consultation booked online with a reminder and a short intake form shows up. One booked by phone with nothing attached is the one that does not.

  • "How much are braces?" asked forty times a week

A treatment page with a from-price and a monthly finance figure answers it before reception picks up, and the people who do call already know they can afford it.

  • Adults do not think you treat adults

Most orthodontic sites are written for parents. A dedicated adult treatment page, with the discretion and timeline questions adults ask, opens a second market the practice already serves.

What it has to do

What a orthodontic practice website must get right

  • Free consultation booking on every page

One button, one job. Booked into the practice diary, confirmed by email and text, intake form sent with the confirmation.

  • A page per treatment and per aligner brand

Fixed braces, ceramic braces, lingual braces, Invisalign, Spark, retainers. People search the brand name, and each page is its own search result with its own price.

  • Prices and finance shown properly

From-prices per treatment, the monthly finance figure with your partner's representative example, and a clear line on what the consultation includes.

  • Before-and-after gallery that meets the rules

Consent recorded per image, captions that state the treatment and duration, and the whole gallery switched off where your regulator prohibits it.

  • A treatment-journey page

What happens at the consultation, how fitting works, how often adjustments are, what to do if a bracket breaks. The page that turns a nervous teenager's parent into a booking.

  • Emergency guidance

Broken wire, lost aligner, loose bracket: a short page with what to do tonight and a button to book the repair visit.

Questions

What orthodontists usually ask first

Can patients book a free consultation online without calling?

Yes, and it should be the main button on every page. Consultation booking runs through your practice software where it offers it (Dentally, Software of Excellence, Cloud 4 Ortho, Dolphin) or a booking tool that syncs with your diary, with the new-patient form sent automatically so the visit starts with a plan rather than paperwork.

Can we show treatment prices and monthly finance?

You should. Orthodontics is a considered purchase and the first question is always cost. A from-price per treatment and a monthly figure through your finance partner, with the representative example your regulator requires, converts far better than "call for a quote".

How do we show before-and-after photos without breaking the rules?

With written patient consent on file, and with the caveats your regulator asks for. In the UK the GDC and ASA expect results to be typical and not doctored; in Australia AHPRA restricts before-and-afters in advertising for regulated health services. We build the gallery so each image has its consent and caption attached, and we leave it out where the rules say to.

We are Invisalign and Spark providers. Can the site reflect that?

Yes. Provider status, tier badges and the brands' own patient-education content can be shown within each brand's guidelines, and each aligner system gets its own page because people search for the brand, not for "clear aligners".

Where we work

Built to the rules and payment habits of your country

Treatment photography, finance advertising and provider badges are regulated differently by country. The country pages linked below cover what applies where you practise.
