For med spas and aesthetics clinics

An aesthetics clinic website that books the consultation and keeps the regulator happy

Botox, fillers, laser and skin treatments are searched by name and chosen on trust. The site has to show results legally, state prices, and book the consultation with a deposit.

What a aesthetics clinic website is for

One job, done properly

An aesthetics client searches for a treatment by name, compares three clinics on results and price, and books the one whose site feels both professional and safe. They want to see real results, know what it costs, and book a consultation without a phone call. They are also the most likely of any clinic client to not show up, which is why the deposit matters.

We build med spa and aesthetics sites for that client and for your regulator at the same time. A page per treatment written within the advertising rules for your country. Prices and packages you edit yourself. A consented before-and-after gallery that can be switched off where it must be. Practitioner profiles with qualifications and registration. And consultation booking with a deposit taken by card, embedded from your booking tool.

Sound familiar?

The problems we hear most from med spas and aesthetics

  • Consultations booked and not attended

A deposit taken at booking, redeemable against treatment, is the single most effective fix for aesthetics no-shows.

  • Treatment pages that break advertising rules

Prescription-only medicine names, unverified claims and unconsented photos get clinics reported. Copy and imagery written to your country's rules.

  • Prices only given in person

Clients compare on price before they book. From-prices per treatment and package pricing, editable by you, get you into the comparison.

What it has to do

What a aesthetics clinic website must get right

  • Treatment pages within the rules

Anti-wrinkle, fillers, laser, skin treatments: each written to your country's advertising standards.

  • Consultation booking with a deposit

From your booking tool, deposit by card, consent forms sent in advance.

  • Prices and packages shown

From-prices, courses and memberships, editable without a developer.

  • Consented before-and-after gallery

Consent per case, factual captions, switched off where prohibited.

  • Practitioner profiles with qualifications

    Prescriber status, registration numbers, training.

  • Fast, calm and mobile

No autoplaying video, under two seconds on a phone.

Questions

What med spas and aesthetics usually ask first

Can we advertise Botox on the site?

It depends on the country. In the UK, prescription-only medicines cannot be advertised to the public by brand name, so the page is about 'anti-wrinkle injections' with the brand discussed at consultation. In the US and Australia the rules differ again. We write each treatment page to the rules of your country and the country pages below set them out.

Can we show before-and-after photos?

With written consent per case and factual captions, in most countries. Australia restricts them for regulated health services under AHPRA. Each image carries its consent record and the gallery can be switched off per market.

Should we take deposits for consultations?

Yes. Aesthetics has the highest no-show rate of any clinic type, and a deposit at booking, redeemable against treatment, is the fix. Your booking tool takes it by card at the moment of booking.

Which booking tools work for aesthetics?

Pabau, Fresha, Zenoti, Boulevard, Phorest and Timely all handle treatment menus, deposits and consent forms. If you are on clinic software like Cliniko or Jane, those embed too.

Where we work

Built to the rules and payment habits of your country

Advertising prescription-only medicines and using treatment photography is regulated differently in every country. The country pages below say what applies where you practise.
