For physiotherapy clinics
A physio website that takes the booking while reception is busy
Someone in pain books whoever has a slot tomorrow and explains what will happen. Condition pages, practitioner pages and live booking do that without a phone call.
One job, done properly
A physio patient is in pain today and wants an appointment tomorrow. They are not comparing clinics on design. They are checking three things: can I book now, who will I see, and what will they actually do to me. A site with live availability, a page for each physio and a plain page for each condition answers all three while your receptionist is still on the phone with someone else.
We build physio sites around those three questions. Booking embedded from your clinic software with practitioner and location choice. A profile per physio with what they treat. A short page per condition in the patient's words, from lower back pain to post-surgery rehab, each ending in a booking button. Intake forms sent after booking so the first appointment starts with treatment, not a clipboard.
The problems we hear most from physiotherapy
Reception is booking while patients wait
Online booking with live availability takes the bookings that do not need a human, which is most of them.
Patients do not know which physio to pick
A page per practitioner: what they treat, how they work, and a button that books them specifically.
Nobody finds you for the thing they have
People search 'shoulder physio' or 'running injury physio', not your clinic name. A page per condition is a page per search.
What a physiotherapy clinic website must get right
Booking embedded from your clinic software
Cliniko, Jane, Nookal, Power Diary, Zanda or TM3, styled to match, with reminders and intake forms.
A page per physio and per location
Each its own search result, each with its own booking button.
Condition pages in plain words
What it is, what the first visit involves, how many sessions is typical, and a booking button.
Fees and insurers on one page
Private fees, recognised insurers, and how claims work.
Class and rehab timetable, if you run them
Pilates, falls prevention, post-natal: embedded from the same tool.
Fast in the car park
Under two seconds on a phone, because that is where the address gets checked.
Works with what you already use
If your team already knows one of these, you keep it. We embed it, style it to match, and connect the calendar.

What physiotherapy usually ask first
Which booking systems do you embed?
Cliniko, Jane, Nookal, Power Diary, Zanda and TM3 cover most physio clinics. Each has online booking we embed and style to match, with new and returning patient flows, practitioner choice and reminders from the tool you already pay for.
Do patients need a referral?
In most countries a patient can self-refer to a private physio, and the site should say so on the first screen. Where insurance or a public scheme requires a referral, the booking collects it up front.
Can we show which insurers we work with?
Yes, and you should. A fees page listing recognised insurers, what a first and follow-up appointment costs privately, and how claims work removes the second most common phone call after 'do you have anything tomorrow'.
Are there rules about what a physio website can say?
Yes. Australian clinics cannot use testimonials under AHPRA; UK clinics follow CSP and ASA guidance on claims; US practices handle intake data under HIPAA. We build to your country's rules and the country pages below set them out.
